| "Tsukudani" (foods boiled in soy sauce) is a Japan's traditional food since Edo period. We at Shibamata Marujin developed tsukudani that makes the best use of raw materials using our own traditional technique. Tsukudani is typically used for "onigiri" (rice ball), "takikomi-gohan" (rice with something mixed in) "ochaduke" (rice and toppings in green tea). |
