| The wooden building is the oldest one in Shibamata, which was built in the late Edo period. Our hand-made "kuzu mochi" (arrowroot cake) and authentic Japanese sweets in Kyoto style are all made without additives. We have over 50 different kind of Japanese pickles of wonderful taste. Cake rolls made of rice flour have a good reputation also. |
